Join the festival at All Volume 2024 in Ragusa: events, guests and full program

The A Tutto Volume Festival is back and this year celebrates its 15th edition in the heart of Ragusa. Promoted by Fondazione degli Archi and directed as usual by Alessandro Di Salvo. If you love culture, this event is for you.

A spectacular start: 70 TIMES TIVÚ.

The festival opens Thursday, June 13, with a special event for the 70th anniversary of Italian television: 70 VOLTE TIVÚ. On the big stage in Marina di Ragusa, Antonio Pascale and Paolo Verri will take us back in time, accompanied by guests such as Yasmina Pani, Carlo Massarini and Marco Paolini, and music by the Casamia Trio. It will be a memorable evening, where the audience will be invited to recall the most significant episodes of our television history, with projections of historical footage from the RAI archives.

A weekend full of events

From June 14 to 16, Ragusa becomes an open-air stage. Here’s what to expect:

Meetings dedicated to fiction

  • Pegah Moshir Pour with her novel The Night Above Tehran. The human and digital rights activist takes us into Iranian reality with a powerful and touching narrative.
  • Writer Viola Ardone, author of such hits as The Children’s Train, will share her intense and profound stories.
  • Giuseppe Culicchia will present The Book of Impossible Love, a poignant and passionate love story.
  • Actor Ninni Bruschetta will discuss his novel The School of Silence, offering an intimate and personal look at his career and life.
  • Giobbe Covatta and Paola Catella will take us on a journey with The Moved Traveler, a book written by four hands full of anecdotes and reflections.
  • Michele Masneri will present the national premiere of Paradiso, a long-awaited novel that explores contemporary issues with irony and depth.
  • Noir master Giancarlo De Cataldo will be featured with The Kiss of the Hornet, a gripping thriller full of twists and turns.
  • Francesca Fagnani will introduce us to the world of Mala. Criminal Rome. , his debut novel that explores the dark side of the capital city.
  • Marco Presta will take us on a surreal journey with Toward the Abyss Whistling, a narrative that promises to make us laugh and reflect.
  • Francesco Carofiglio will tell readers about The Beautiful Season, a book that celebrates the beauty of life through moving stories.

Meetings dedicated to science and the environment

  • Neuroscientist Giorgio Vallortigara will talk about the latest discoveries about the human brain and its incredible capabilities.
  • Nello Cristianini, professor of Artificial Intelligence, will introduce us to the challenges and opportunities offered by new technologies.
  • Psychotherapist Stefania Andreoli will offer insights on how to deal with the psychological challenges of our time.
  • Alberto Grandi, professor of food history, will lead us on a journey to discover culinary traditions and their impact on culture.

Meetings devoted to current events

  • Journalist Sigfrido Ranucci, well-known face of the program Report, will present The Choice, a book that explores difficult and courageous choices in a complex world.
  • Historian Luciano Canfora will discuss his Minimum Political Dictionary, a work that analyzes key concepts in contemporary politics.
  • Scholars Alessandra Minello and Tommaso Nannicini will talk to us about Peer Parents, an analysis of family policies and gender inequality.
  • Leonardo Bacchetti will present Healing Democracy, proposing a new political and economic paradigm for the future.
  • Sergio Rizzo will discuss I am. How politicians are back to being untouchable , a book that highlights the distortions of our institutions and the need for reform.

Meetings dedicated to art and music

  • Carlo Massarini will be among those featured with his book Vivo dal vivo 2010-2023, a collection of stories and photographs of the most iconic concerts of recent years.
  • Composer Nicola Campogrande will offer an open lesson in classical music, a unique opportunity to get closer to this fascinating world.

    Grand FinaleClosingthe Festival on Sunday, June 16, will be writer and journalist Francesca Fagnani, with her novel Mala. Criminal Rome. , in dialogue with Antonio Pascale.
